Josie slid into the shop quietly, nodding shortly at Luis. He opened the door to the backroom for her.

The dark haired teenager sat down by the fire and pulled out her Russian book, studying it with the same earnest look that normal teens her age would study a fashion magazine.

Vlad slipped into the shop and strode into the backroom, not bothering to acknowledge Luis.
